Build 1: Pure Damage. This build concentrates on weapon damage and using Phaselock offensively. A lot of the health-increase skills are avoided in order to maximize on elemental, gun, and Phaselock damage. This is probably one of the top couple DPS builds in the game, comparable with the Gunzerker. An enemy taking damage over time from corrosion will suffer bonus damage from any subsequent attacks. Corrosive damage is best used against armored enemies such as Crimson Lance mercenaries (but excluding Lance Chemical Troopers), the frontal plates of an Alpha Skag, or any vehicle or turret. It is less effective against flesh or any shielded enemy. All weapons below are level 72 but can be changed to suit your needs.
